So we are wrapping up the last of my new music video for Jake's Song(my next radio single). That's the good news, the bad news is

Well first off my CD is out!!!! right now LoneStar Music there is a link on my home page and we are working on getting it up for download on iTunes. I'm Really happy with the way the CD turned out I couldn't be happier well unless I to sell them all soon. Which brings me to a very important deal I've had a place in my heart for The Shirne Hospitals for Children even since my first visit to the Houston Hospital. So a part of the money from the CD sales to going to the Houston Shrine Hospital for Children.I had joined the Shriners a few months prior and the hospital needed help taking down all the Christmas decorations.

Sorry it's been so long since I've blogged, things have just been a little hectic trying to get this CD ready for you guys. The good news is we are getting very close, we haven't set the date yet, but there is a very good chance we will have the CD out before the end of the year. The single "Texas Corn" is going to be coming out very soon, but we are still a few weeks away. Yes, I said a few weeks, every time I think about how close we are, the more excited I get. I also spent the weekend at the Rowdy Float Trip with the folks from Radio Free Texas and they were dead on with the naming of the event. I'm not sure when the last time I've had that much fun on the Guadalupe River was.  Nor seen so many great Texas Country artists in one place.......

The end is near. All of the vocals and harmonies are done, now we just have to finish up the mixing. We are sending everything off for mastering tomorrow I'll set up a photo gallery soon, but till then I will share with you a picture of the view off the back porch of the studio that I took with my phone. And as soon as this post is done I'm going to go jump in the lake and float around a little while.

This is the first day I'll be working at the studio. I will have to take some photos, this place is in a little piece of heaven. Right now we have to lay vocals on "Texas Corn" then we are on to mixing.
